Our Nets of Kiln Dried Hardwood Firewood, are kiln dried on site by us to ensure they are ready for immediate use during the cold winter months. Each net consists of primarily oak, making them perfect for immediate use on open fires, wood-burning and multi-fuel stoves, fire-pits and chimineas.
Each net weighs approximately 10kg, contains at least 90% hardwood and approximately 8-12 logs. Due to being produced alongside our softwood production, there may be a possibility of some softwood being present. The logs are cut to approximately 20 - 25cm and then split to allow them to dry more effectively.
Available in single nets, pallets of 40 nets and pallets of 80 nets.
The pallets of 40 nets and 80 nets are delivered on a burnable wooden pallet to your kerbside by our nationwide pallet courier.
To encourage air flow around your logs, we recommend that you store them in a raised log store or on a pallet to keep your logs away from moist ground. We do not recommend stacking them up against a wall or placing them on grass, as air won't be able to flow and the logs can become damp.
For ease when building your fire, we recommend our boxes/nets of kindling and our Ecofire Natural Firelighters.
*Please see our 'Delivery' page for delivery information. For any special requirements please contact our sales team on 01536 373234 or sales@firewoodandlogs.co.uk.
The single nets can only be purchased in conjunction with other bulk products or you must have a minimum order value of £99.99 inc VAT for free delivery to apply.
